Indoor Training
I provide training indoors in studio gyms in Twickenham and St Margarets. Studio gyms are small privately owned gyms that do not require you to pay any membership fees. You simply pay for your time with your trainer. This way you get one-on-one training in a more private setting than a typical gym and you don't have to worry about joining fees or monthly subscriptions.
Tandem sessions are also available indoors where you can bring a friend to train with you, making sessions more fun and also allowing you to spread the cost between you.
Outdoor Training
One on one training and tandem sessions can also be taken outside although the initial consultation may have to be taken indoors.
Group Circuit Classes
I run circuit training classes on the greens and parks in the local area. Circuit training entails a series of stations, at which you perform a given exercise for a set period of time, then move onto the next. This continues until you have completed the whole circuit. The circuit may then be repeated a number of times. The exercises include using dumbbells, dynobands, medicine balls and body weight. I aim to make these group sessions as effective as possible but also a lot of fun as well!

Improving aerobic and anaerobic fitness
Burning body fat
Toning muscles
Improving flexibility
Improving bodyweight strength
