My Background


I've been in the health and fitness industry for 7 years now. Before this I studied Sports Science and Human Biology at St Mary's University in Strawberry Hill. There I learnt how to train atheletes from all sports and I've adapted my knowledge to train people of all abilities, regardless of their goals.

My Focus


I truely believe that a personal trainer should be the source of inspiration, motivation and knowledge to help clients make lifestyle changes to achieve their goals. Whether you want to tone up, drop some body fat, put on muscle or just increase general fitness I will show you how to achieve this.

I will guide, motivate and re-educate you every step of the way, making each session varied and enjoyable.

  • Movement re-education and postural correction
  • Performance and sports specific conditioning
  • Soft tissue release and sports massage
